Include the email address associated with your VocaUp account
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm the deletion via email.
2. What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
Your user profile and authentication data (Apple ID / Google account link)
Your credit balance and credit usage history
All linked device records
Subscription metadata stored on our servers (Supabase)
Any server-side preferences and settings
3. What Does NOT Get Deleted
Active Subscriptions: Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your active subscription. You must cancel it separately to avoid future charges:
iOS (App Store): Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > VocaUp > Cancel Subscription
Android (Google Play): Go to Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > VocaUp > Cancel
Locally Stored Data: Game history and data stored on your device are not affected by server-side deletion. Uninstall the app to remove all local data.
Previously Processed Content: Content uploaded for game generation is already deleted automatically after processing - there is nothing additional to remove.
4. Important Warnings
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered
All unused credits will be permanently lost
You will not receive a refund for unused credits or remaining subscription time
If you sign in again after deletion, a brand new account will be created with zero credits
5. GDPR Data Erasure (Article 17)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request complete erasure of your personal data. Account deletion fulfills this right. For any additional data erasure requests, contact us at info@vocaup.com.
